What to do in case of someone having a heart attack?

01 STEP
Call for emergency medical help.

02 STEP
Check for the pulse and if the person is still breathing.

03 STEP
If you can’t find a pulse or you can’t hear the breathing, only then you should begin CPR to keep the blood flowing.

04 STEP
Push hard and fast on the person’s chest in a fairly rapid rhythm — about 100 to 120 compressions a minute.

05 STEP
Go on to opening the airway and rescue breathing.
